Are you still operating during COVID-19?

We are still currently operating as normal during and following government guideline advice. We prioritise the health and safety of our customers and are taking extra precaution to sanitise everything throughly before they are shipped.


Are your products Vegan?

Yes they are 100% Vegan and cruelty-free.


What are your products made from?

The list of ingredients can be found in the product description section. Please read to make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients in our handmade products before purchasing. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or irritations that may occur. 


How can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, it can not be changed or cancelled.


What shipping method do you use?

We use Royal Mail to ship all packages.

Please note that Royal Mail are experiencing delays, so it could take up to 8 working days for your package to arrive once we have shipped it.


How long will it take to process my order?

All orders takes 2 - 5 business days to process after it has been placed. 


Do you ship internationally?

No. Unfortunately at the moment we do not ship internationally. UK Only. 


My address is incorrect, can I update my shipping information?

No. Unfortunately once your order has been placed the shipping information cannot be changed or altered. So we strongly advise, to make sure that your shipping information is completely correct.


My package says it was delivered, but didn't receive anything.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, you must contact the postal service.

Radiant Noir do not hold or accept responsibility for any lost packages.


Which currency is my order processed in?

Radiant Noir process all orders in UK pounds.


Why are your lashes so expensive?

Our lashes are 100% handmade, one by one. You are paying for the labour and quality of materials used for the lashes.


Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Can I return my item(s)?

For hygiene purposes, there are no returns or exchanges. All sales are final.


I haven't worn/used my item, can I exchange them?
